An evening with MP Olivia Chow and Vancouver-Kingsway candidate Don Davies to listen to the local community
issues facing immigrant families.
A panel discussion was held on issues concerning immigrant families in the areas of childcare, senior care,
family reunification, employment, entrepreneurship. Panelists were drawn from immigrant services agencies
such as SUCCESS, ISS, MOSAIC and from the Chinese media.
Following the panel discussion a question and answer period was held, followed by dinner.
