It was wonderful to open our constituency office doors today to welcome the Collingwood BIA lion dancers in celebration of Lunar New Year. Thank you to Collingwood BIA & all the performers! Fantastic way to ring in the the Year of the Rabbit here in Vancouver Kingsway.
We had a fabulous turnout for our 2024 Vancouver Kingsway Community BBQ!
This was our biggest event yet; we served over 2500 hot dogs, watermelon, chips and lemonade.
Special thanks to my staff, our fabulous volunteers and all of our constituents who came together to celebrate our community and connect with neighbours.
Thank you to the Victoria Drive Business Improvement Association for celebrating the diverse cultures and cuisines that make Vancouver Kingsway so vibrant! Jones Park was alive with sights, sounds, and tastes of our community. Our office was happy to host a booth and be a stop on the “passport” scavenger hunt!
